Characteristics:
The T-Box® optimizes the performance of the T-BOW® by allowing it to be positioned on elevated and inclined surfaces in a safe, precise and practical manner. Two outstanding features of the T-BOW® – its arch, which mimics the natural curvature of the lumbar spine, and its high reactivity for fast and precise postural adjustments – are greatly enhanced. This optimization benefits back extensions, spine and hip mobilizations, core-hip strength exercises, the Hip Thrust and postures for relaxation and unlocking of the spinal vertebrae. In addition, the T-Box® serves as a versatile jumping box with adjustable heights of 53, 63 and 73 cm. It can also be combined with a gym wall bar to enhance a wide range of training and therapy options.
 
Quality & design: 
The T-Box® was developed in 2022 in Súria (Barcelona, ​​EU) and among several optimizations in 2023, the model for the Wood T-Bow® was created. This sturdy wooden box is designed to perfectly fit the T-BOW®, it is made of poplar E-Wood, weighs 20 kg and measures 73 cm long, 53 cm wide and 63 cm high. It has four top holes to securely fix the rubber feet of the T-Bow®. It also includes two internal cross-bracing components for added strength and stability, as well as side holes for practical handling, making it very easy to move and change its positions.
The T-Box® is very stable if the ground is flat and not slippery. If this is not the case, 4 rubber feet, like those of the T-Bow®, are added to be placed on the bases of the box, thus achieving a very stable consistency reactivity.

Performance E-wood: European poplar core from sustainable plantations. Premium quality interior veneers of high surface hardness engineered wood with excellent resistance to scratching and cracking, surpassing other tropical wood species in hardness.
 
Care: It is important to avoid exposing the T-Box® to the outdoors, water or direct sunlight. To clean it, simply use a clean, damp cloth; do not apply any aggressive product.
 
Ecological Wood: We select sustainably sourced FSC certified wood, aiming to be the “gold standard” of “eco-friendly” wood.
