Only orders from 1 to 6 T-BOW® units will be managed through this online store.

You can buy from any country in the world, except Swiss residents or companies who must place their orders directly with the central T-BOW® INTERNATIONAL SWITZERLAND (www.t-bow.com).
When your order is accepted by T-BOW® FIT INTERNATIONAL, we will send you an email in which we will confirm receipt of the order and we will provide you with a tracking number that you must indicate if you have any questions related to it.
3. Payments
We only accept payments in Euros (EUR).

4. Prices and Taxes

5. Discounts
For purchases of T-BOW® classic and T-Band Set, discounts are applied depending on the number of units purchased. Contact us via email or phone.
Discount for participants in T-BOW® courses: 15%.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated specifically for each country/area around the world, with the exception of Switzerland.
On sales to certain areas or countries, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges that our transport company will include in the shipping costs.
7. Delivery Times
Our commitment is the delivery of the T-BOW® products in 1-2 days to the transport company, of all the orders formalized up to now, as long as they are in stock.
The shipping company applies a margin of 3-7 working days for deliveries to most European countries, and a margin of 10-20 working days for all other international deliveries.
8. Return Policy
T-BOW® FIT INTERNATIONAL has the exclusivity to sell original T-BOW® products made in Switzerland with strict quality controls. Although the warranty is established at five (5) years, a T-BOW® can last a lifetime without losing its functionality, it being important to take care of the foam rubber mat and the rubber feet (both replaceable).
However, if you are not satisfied with the purchase you have made for any reason, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, following the EU guidelines (https://ec.europa.eu/info/policies/consumers/consumer-protection-policy_en). We will send a full refund of the purchase (minus original shipping and handling charges) to the original form of payment within 14 business days once the product is received by T-BOW® FIT INTERNATIONAL.
