T-BOW® SCIENCE AND RESOURCES
We provide a series of articles and videos on technical resources, research and experiences with the T-BOW® for the optimization of human movement in its multiple applications to health, fitness, physiotherapy, yoga, motor education, sports training and postural correction techniques such as Pilates, so that they can enrich and expand their training proposals, either using the T-BOW® or combining it with other materials.
